Appearance: Ice stands at about 5’6” but often seems shorter because she has the bad habit of walking with a slump. She keeps her blond hair in a practical pixie cut and often runs her hand through it when she is thinking about a complicated problem. Her eyes are light blue and she wears square glasses. Usually you will only see her in her school uniform and even when dressing casually, she rarely wears Muggle clothes because she simply finds robes more comfortable.

Personality: Ice is generally nice to everyone who is nice to her, with the exception of pureblood supremacists, whom she immediately distrusts. While she is not a gossip, she is incredibly nosy and prone to eavesdropping or trying to wheedle information out of people, especially when it might be useful to her in some way. When secrets are kept from her, she gets irritated very fast, but usually manages to hide it. Ice is anything but a troublemaker and prefers to be left out of pranks and conflict. On the other hand, she has a slight fascination with the Dark Arts and while she has never seriously attempted to practise anything that could be classified as Dark, she cannot resist the temptation to read about them and finds people who are knowledgeable in the field intimidating and impressive at the same time.

Backstory:
Ice is the youngest of three children and the only girl. As the daughter of a Rookwood (her father) and a Selwyn, she has grown up with pureblood wizarding culture, but nobody in her immediate family believes in pureblood supremacy and she has been taught to think of all wizards/witches as equal, regardless of their blood status. The rest of her family, however, are mostly pureblood supremacists and mentioning her Death Eater cousin who is currently in Azkaban around her will make her deeply uncomfortable.
Both of Ice’s parents work in the Ministry (her father in the Wizengamot Administration Services, her mother in the Department of International Magical Cooperation) and she has always known (and been told) that she also wants to join the Ministry herself, but she still hasn’t figured out which department she would like to work in.
